Peoplebank is a well-known international leading talent solutions and recruitment company, providing comprehensive professional recruitment services across various industries. With the rapid growth of the company, we were empowered by Peoplebank to create an innovative and more efficient workplace for their employees, moving away from a traditional working environment. ​

 

From conventional to unconventional A traditional office design with old-fashioned individual working desks and dividers often brings a feeling of isolation and restriction, which can slow down daily collaboration and working efficiency. Therefore, our mission was to craft a brand new, immersive open-plan workspace tailored for Peoplebank, aiming for a dynamic yet comfortable atmosphere to drive high performance. ​

 

Our team combined multiple elements of nature with the use of warm-coloured lighting and modern furniture, creating an inviting and inspiring environment where talent and creativity can thrive. ​

 

Build for space resiliency Our designers worked closely with the Peoplebank teams to develop a strategic design of room ratios and facilities relative to headcount forecasting and their specific agile working methods. These spaces have been carefully considered for all different needs, featuring various sizes of meeting areas. Individual work booths and flexible small meeting rooms enable team productivity and seamless collaboration among teams. ​ This custom-built design perfectly fulfills the goals of fostering interaction, accelerating recruitment synergy, and elevating employee wellbeing through transformative workspaces.
