The Concept: A Fluid & Collaborative Workspace

Elevating the traditional office into a high-efficiency environment, we crafted a seamless, agile workplace situated in the prestigious heart of Causeway Bay—Lee Garden One.

The layout utilizes an infusing flow design to expand visual horizons. To maximize natural light while ensuring acoustic privacy, meeting rooms feature sleek soundproof glass doors, allowing sunlight to penetrate deep into the workspace.

Integrating Open Pantry & Co-working

Moving from conventional to unconventional, we transformed traditional corridors into a dynamic, communal hub. This central area seamlessly integrates an Open Pantry with a Co-working space, equipped with comfortable sofas and long communal desks. Breaking away from rigid corporate aesthetics, this open layout serves as both a casual touch-down zone and a vibrant social space that naturally fosters team interaction.

The design pairs light-colored walls with premium walnut furniture, accented by vibrant natural greenery. This clean, pragmatic core creates a visual experience that is effortlessly relaxed yet professional. By integrating living plants into the open layout, the workspace expands shared areas—fostering organic communication and building a harmonious office community.
